Title: Italian-Spinach Noodle Bake

16ozFettuccini Noodles; cooked
12ozLowfat, Small Curd Cottage
  Cheese
8ozMonterey Jack; grated
2 Egg Whites; beaten
10ozFrozen Spinach;thaw;drained
1tbParsley Flakes
1/2tsPepper
2cSpaghetti Sauce (low sodium)

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT the sauce together and place in a greased 13x9" baking pan. Spread sauce over the top and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
